What You’ll Do:

• Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional, clear, and efficient customer service—in person, over the phone, and online to our local retail and service customers.
• Parts Management: Accurately source, quote, and supply Genuine Honda parts using cataloguing systems.
• Service Collaboration: Work closely and communicate effectively with our Service Department technicians to ensure efficient repair timelines.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts, while maintaining clean and organized displays.
• Administration: Process invoices, returns, and warranty parts in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

• Experience: Previous automotive parts or retail experience is highly preferred. Dealership experience is a strong asset.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory to effectively advise local customers and technicians.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
• OSSD – Ontario Secondary School Diploma/Certificate (or equivalent)
• Systems: Experience with dealership parts cataloguing systems is preferred.
• Readiness: Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and ready to start immediately. We are looking for candidates seeking long-term, stable employment in Thunder Bay.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required.
