Automotive Service Advisor | Thunder Bay, ON

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing our customers with attentive customer service and support while their vehicles are in for repair or maintenance. You will also support customers calling in to schedule their appointments.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, organized, and have strong interpersonal skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team setting is also essential.

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 High School Diploma

• College certificate or additional courses would be an asset

• Two years of previous experience in an Automotive Service position preferred

• Strong customer service background

• Basic automotive knowledge

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer service and computer experience required.

• Ability to work well in a team setting and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $19.00 – $22.50 per hour, depending on qualifications

Start Date: As soon as possible.

• Thunder Bay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
